1.2 We will terminate or cancel any project, investment/donation/backing for a project if we discover that the source of it is from a person under the age of 18.

5.1 Within the tenets of this Privacy Policy, Sporty Funder guarantees not to disclose private information to third parties without your express consent. However, we may be forced by "legal requirements" to provide information to certain governmental organs, departments or third parties under certain special circumstances. For example, where the provision of such personal information is as a result of investigation by a government body.
5.2 Sporty Funder does not sell, rent, hire or trade your personal information with any third parties for any purposes whatsoever. However, we may disclose your personal information within the context of an aggregated data that does not disclose your personal details individually. For example, we may disclose information about our users en-bloc, to partners and affiliate sites, for promotional and advertising purposes without being non-personal in such disclosure. 6.1 As a user of Sporty Funder or its affiliated websites, you are bound to come into contact with the personal information of other third party users. For example, as a project owner, you are likely to have access to the personal details of investors and project backers. By this agreement, Sporty Funder grants you licence to use such information only for Sporty Funder related messages that are not unsolicited commercial messages, using branded offered services through Sporty Funder (e.g. Insurance, shipping, etc).
6.2 Where a user through our website, accesses information of other third parties, they must give such third parties the opportunity to ascertain the type, amount and nature of information or data held about them. Further more, under no circumstances must you disclose information regarding third parties to other third parties without the former's express consent.
6.3 Without prejudice, Sporty Funder does not accept, tolerate or entertain the use of Spam on our website. You are not allowed to add the details of any user of our site (including even investors/donors/backers of your project) without their consent. 7.1 We do not accept the sending of unsolicited emails to our website users in a manner that would violate their privacy.
8.0 Use of your Password
8.1 Due to security reasons, we do not recommend that you disclose your password to anyone else. You are completely responsible for the use of your password and further agree that you will be responsible for any changes, alteration and or use of your password for any transactions, etc.
